This was so delicious. Wonderful surprise.....simple to make just wait while it cooks. Need a good bottle of beer.. Waiting to make again soon, when I can affort Beef Short Ribs. thank you

My husband loved them. I added 2 TBS tomato paste and thickened the sauce with a butter/flour paste. They were great!

OMG - this is S-O-O good! I had 1/2" sliced short ribs so I roasted 45 min, then 45 min. Came out TENDER, off the bone. Served with Zesty Curly Fries and broccoli rabe, and it was just perfect. Next time will try with chuck steak.
