teaspoon kitchen bouquet browning&seasoning sauce

can cream of mushroom with roasted garlic(campbells)

pounds extra tenderised beef or deer steaks

cup frying oil

can water or milk using your soup can( more water if you dont like the gravy thik

  1. First in large bowl add milk,and browning sauce and stir,then add steaks. Make shure all steak is cover by milk mixture. Let set while you pepare every thing eles.
  2. Then add your salt and pepper to flour in seprate large bowl.
  3. In large deep skillet heat oil. Oil is ready when a pinch of flour doesnt sink,and starts to fry.
  4. When oil is ready drain meat (a peace at a time) and cover with flour. Then put into oil and brown on medeam heat. You dont want the meat fully cooked.
  5. After done with the meat add a can of mushrooms and your onion to oil untill onions are tender. Drain grease and dispose.
  6. In the same skillet add your cream of mushroom,cream of mushroom with roasted garlic,mushrooms and onions,and one can of water. Mix well then add your steaks. Bring to a boil then lower heat and simmer for 30 min.
  7. Serve over rice.
