The best soup I've ever made or tasted, hands down. Not being much of a veg. eater this is a way to not only eat them, but enjoy eating them. I'm so glad I tried this and will make it often. The fact that it's so quick and easy to make is a bonus.

Great soup, quick and easy to make. I did add a little garlic powder, simmered a little longer and when serving added some garlic flavored croutons on top (yummy). Easy go to dinner for a cold winter day.

I LOVE this soup. It's so easy to make. I found the recipe and started making it for my bf a few years ago and he loved it so we made it for his family. Now it's on their rotating list of dinners, as well. It's also a nice way for me to eat more veggies! Seriously one of my favorite dinners ever!
