Forget the wrap and serve beef fajitas in a bowl. Tortilla strips make a tasty topper!

Yummy - However we used more chicken and I had it with riced cauliflower vs. regular rice( I'm on a low carb diet). I also didn't have any chili sauce on hand so I just added about a 1 tablespoon of La Victoria taco sauce. So yummy. A keeper in my house!

I love Fajitas or tacos, but this is not for me due to the choice of meat. Would be better with another choice; ie flank steak or skirt steak.

This was a great quick recipe. My whole family loved it. I used chicken instead and fresh vegies (except corn) because I didn't have frozen. I also baked the tortilla strips instead of frying them, which saved time because they were in the oven while I was doing the rest of the stuff. Definitely would make again.

This looks like it would be very good. I have been serving "Beef Fajitas" over cooked pasta. Any fancy shape that is in the house will do. Shells, bow ties, elbows, gemelli, twist, they all work. It is not as messy as eating it with the fajita shells. You can "plate" the meal or fix your own.Works very well.

My family liked it. I think that next time, I''ll slice beef into bite sized pieces and marinate the meat in the sauce mixture before hitting the skillet. Good flavors, I''d just like them stonger, for me.

Very tasty and easy to eat (no hand-held mess to contend with or wrapping effort). Not difficult to make. Try substituting cous cous for the white rice. I used creamed corn since it wasn''t hand held.
