Beef and Provolone Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tortillas from 1 package (11 oz) Old El Paso™ Flour Tortillas for Burritos (8 Count)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/4 lb thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 6 slices (3/4 oz each) provolone cheese
  • 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
  • 24 toothpicks

Steps

    Mix mayonnaise and garlic in small bowl. Spread mixture evenly over tortillas.
  • 2
    Top tortillas with layers of spinach, beef, cheese and tomato; roll up tightly. Cut each tortilla into 12 pieces; secure with toothpicks. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until serving.

  • Seed the tomato before slicing so it is not too watery.
