Ingredients

1/4
cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

cloves garlic, finely chopped
2
Old El Paso® flour tortillas for burritos (from 11.5-oz package)
1
cup fresh spinach
1/4
lb thinly sliced deli roast beef
6
slices (3/4 oz each) provolone cheese
1
medium tomato, thinly sliced

toothpicks

  • 1 Mix mayonnaise and garlic in small bowl. Spread mixture evenly over tortillas.
  • 2 Top tortillas with layers of spinach, beef, cheese and tomato; roll up tightly. Cut each tortilla into 12 pieces; secure with toothpicks. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until serving.

I just finished making these for a dinner at my church. They are messy to make and the garlic is too strong but my husband tried one and said they were really good. Make sure you use a really sharp knive. I mixed things up and used regualar sliced cheese on some and for the rest I left out the garlic. You can use any thin sliced meat. If my hubby says there good then there good!
