Beef and Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 cups bite-size pieces mixed salad greens
  • 8 ounces cooked roast beef, cubed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)

Steps

    In tightly covered container, shake dressing and Worcestershire sauce.
  • 2
    Divide salad greens among 4 plates. Top with remaining ingredients. Serve with dressing.

  • If you'd rather have turkey than roast beef, use cubed cooked turkey or smoked turkey from the deli.
  • Purchase cooked roast beef at the deli to streamline preparation of this salad. Or use leftover grilled steak or beef.
