19 oz. can of black, pinto, or kidney beans

15 oz. can of corn

cups shredded jack cheese

sliced scallions

diced tomato
1
can green chilis (opt)

recipe corn bread

pkg taco seasoning mix

lb ground beef

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Follow directions on pkg of taco seasoning using ground beef or boneless chicken breast.
  2. Add beans and corn.
  3. Pour into 8 x 8 baking dish
  4. Top w/shredded ack cheese, scallions, tomato, and chilis.
  5. Cover with corn bread batter
  6. Bake 20-25 minutes.
