I made this recipe a few years ago and sent it to my husband who was deployed. I made several containers so that he could share with other soldiers. They all loved it, as did the children enrolled in my daycare.

I make a variation I created that my son loves: teddy grahams, dried cherries, and regular M&Ms. Always a hit. Be sure to store in an airtight container as the crackers dry out quickly.

I just made this recipe for my toddler''s daycare class. It was a hit. I had to omit the nuts due to allergy concerns. I thought it was a little plain, maybe some granola chunks or something would have been good. But the kids loved it, we used insect shaped teddy grams. That was entertaining for them.
