ounces tortilla chipscrushed

cans (30 oz) pinto, black or any type of canned beans, rinsed and drained

ounces whole kernel corn, drained

ounces diced tomoatoes, drained

ounces tomato sauce

envelope Taco seasoning

ounces (2 cups) cheddar cheese, shredded
shredded lettuce, sour cream and salsa optional
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Sprinkle crushed tortilla chips into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
  3. In an large bowl, combine beans, corn, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and taco seasoning; mix well. Pour over chips. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered for 18 - 25 minutes or until heated through.
  4. Serve with lettuce, sour cream and salsa if desired.
