Black beans, mushrooms, spinach leaves and Cheddar cheese find themselves tasty and nutrient-rich partners in this quick wrap sandwich.

This is a great recipe. I have made it twice now because my wife loves it. We have made it both times by adding cilantro to it. It is a diffident keeper.

This recipe is so simple to prepare, and very tasty. I did make a few changes and my family loved the result! I used pinto beans instead of black beans, added salt and pepper to the spinach, mushroom, and bean mixture. We made them more like tacos, with homemade salsa, avocado slices and tofutti sour cream. Delicious, I will definately make these again!

This recipe tasted great and was so easy to make. I pressed a few cloves of garlic and added a few turns of fresh ground black pepper into the veggie mixture since some reviewers said it was bland. Came out great! I'll definitely make this one again.

This is good in concept, but I made several changes to it. I added a can of corn, a small can of black olives, about 1/2 packet of taco seasoning, a can of Rotel, about a cup of rice, some salsa and used spinach tortillas. (You will need a bigger skillet...) Talk about a flavor explosion! I've made it several times and it's become a popular choice amongst my friends on game night. I serve it in a big bowl (or straight from the skillet) with cheese, salsa and sour cream on the side. I also keep the spinach leaves on the side instead of mixing them in. If you have left over grilled chicken, toss that in too. Yummy!

This was a pretty tasty and healthy dish. Everybody liked it, but it was a little bland. I''m not sure what I''ll try to spice it up, but I will make this one again. Quick, easy, and good for you!

I just made this tonight, and my husband and I both loved it. I agree with others that it does need a little seasoning, but I loved how quick, easy, and healthy this dish is!

I was sorta dissapointed by this sandwich, as I really love black beans. The texture was great, and it was very filling, but it didn''t have a whole lot of flavor. A rather bland, but filling lunch.

I really liked how quick and easy this was. It was very tasty and filling. We added salsa, sour cream and guacamole. My son didn''t like it at all. Next time we are going to try taking the spinach, onion and mushroom through the food processor and make his like that.
