lb chicken tenderloins

bottle Sweet Baby Ray's Original BBQ Sauce
Tony's Cajun Seasoning

oz sour cream

Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Packet (NOT dressing)

tomato
lettuce

slices pepper jack cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Sprinkle chicken pieces with cajun seasoning and bbq sauce. Cook about 30 minutes depending on thickness.
  2. Mix ranch dip and sour cream and refrigerate until needed.
  3. Dice tomato and shred lettuce. Tear cheese slices in half.
  4. Heat tortillas in ungreased frying pan a few minutes each side. (easier to roll if heated)
  5. Place cheese on warmed tortilla, ranch rip, chicken, lettuce and tomato.

I used tenderloins for this because it's what I had on hand. I need to cool my spice but for heat lovers: use Sriracha instead of ranch. My husband says you are welcome. Wonderful cold as well.
