Ingredients

1 1/2: LB. ground beef

1/2: c. plain bread crumbs(fresh is best)

1: medium onion, diced

1: egg, slightly beaten

1: tsp. salt

1/2: tsp. pepper

8: oz. tomato sauce

1: c. ketchup, divided

3: T. brown sugar

3: T. yellow or dijon mustard, divided

2: T. worcestershire sauce, divided

Directions

1 In a large mixing bowl mix ground beef, tomato sauce, 1 T. worc. sauce, 1 T. mustard, onion, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper
2 Place in loaf pan or form into loaf and place in shallow pan.
3 Mix ketchup, remaining mustard, remaining worc. sauce and brown sugar. Spread on top of meat loaf.
4 Bake @ 350 degrees for one hour.

this is an absolutley scrumptious recipe!! Made it for my family and even bought some over to my Dad's house!! They all loved it!! Cannot wait to make it again!! Soooo much flavor! YUM!!!!
