cup firmly packed fresh basil leaves, coarsely chopped

ripe pears, thinly sliced

navel oranges, peeled, sectioned

avocados, pitted, peeled and sliced

cup crumbled blue cheese (4 oz)
  1. In small bowl, mix oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper flakes with whisk.
  2. In large bowl, toss salad greens and basil. Add pears, oranges, avocados and blue cheese; toss gently. Drizzle with dressing. Serve immediately.
