This is a pretty quick and simple dish, while also being kid friendly. I'd suggest using Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue or any other kind of smokey barbecue sauce.

No one in my family did cared for this recipe. It was very easy to make, but the taste of it was not that great. I do wonder if it was the type of bbq sauce that I used, since the recipe doesn't say what kind or type to use.

Not a bad dish. More of a souped-up hamburger helper, but still good.

This was pretty good! I added a green pepper instead of red. For us green peppers seem to go real well with bbq falvor. I also added a tbsp of A-1 sauce. It gave the dish an extra little "bbq" kick. Sorry I know I changed the recipe but it was really good. My 2 year old had two servings!

This was an interesting dish. It was good, and since I also do not like peppers I put them in the chopper and made them really small and couldn't really tell they were there!! I thought it was okay, but the kids seemed to really enjoy it and that is the goal afterall!
