I've made these twice and they're great! The meat completely falls off the bones but it is delicious. I think it would be done in less time than 6 hours on low, but I will definitely make this again.

I don't like chilli or the chilli taste. What can I substitute for that or can I leave it out?

Absolutely delicious and very tender. My husband loved them. I will definitely make again. I skipped the liquid smoke in the sauce and thought it was excellent; flavorful and not too thick.

Just made these for the first time for dinner tonight. They were absolutely amazing! Tender, delicious, and the BBQ sauce was fantastic! I'll be using that sauce for other recipes as well.

These ribs were so delicious! I will only make them in the crock pot this way! My husband is not a big mustard fan, so we reduced the mustard to 1 tbsp and used normal mustard. I wasn't going to buy Dijon just for 1 tbsp. We used one rack of pork ribs, not sure the exact weight. We did all the other ingredients and directions as listed. We cooked on high and it was so good and tender. My husband was worried there would be no meat on the bones, he didn't want all the meat to fall off and it didn't. The meat stayed on the bone and pulled off effortlessly. The leftovers tasted just as good. I wish I would have made 2 batches of the sauce to save some in a jar. You must try!

These were the best braised ribs that I have ever had in my life. I will use this recipe over and over again.
