These ribs were so delicious! I will only make them in the crock pot this way! My husband is not a big mustard fan, so we reduced the mustard to 1 tbsp and used normal mustard. I wasn't going to buy Dijon just for 1 tbsp. We used one rack of pork ribs, not sure the exact weight. We did all the other ingredients and directions as listed. We cooked on high and it was so good and tender. My husband was worried there would be no meat on the bones, he didn't want all the meat to fall off and it didn't. The meat stayed on the bone and pulled off effortlessly. The leftovers tasted just as good. I wish I would have made 2 batches of the sauce to save some in a jar.
