1: cup rice, uncooked

1: can black beans

: garlic salt

: Weber Smokey Mesquite seasoning

Directions

1 Pre-heat oven to 350. Prepare rice according to package directions, add generous amounts of garlic salt and mesquite seasoning to rice while it cooks. Drain and rinse beans; stir beans into rice when rice is cooked.
2 While rice is cooking, microwave Banquet Family Size Patties according to package directions.
3 When rice and patties are done.... Pour rice and bean mixture into cassarole dish. Top with shredded cheese, lay the patties on top of that in a single layer and pour all the sauce from the patties over everything.
4 bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is completely melted and everything is hot.
