These were great ! Instead of cutting hole in cupcake I simply spread dulce de leche on top of the cupcakes and placed frosting on top. It looked pretty and it tasted great. The rum banana flavor really came out. Instantly a favorite in my house. I'll be making again tomorrow ! :D

I thought the Dulce de Leche was going to be overpowering and super sweet, but it turns out it was the perfect balance to the cupcake. I made these recently for my ambulance squad meeting and they inhaled them! I would definitely recommend them. Delicious!!!
