i made some serious adjustments... but they were yummy, so i'll give the recipe 5 spoons :)
i used 1.5 cups mix and 1 cup water to not make as many. i didn't measure the banana, just mashed up 1 medium-sized ripe one. i also used 1/4 cup frozen blueberries instead of the walnuts... and then i topped with syrup rather than carmel sauce/nuts. this way we got fruit AND fiber in our breakfast!!
i froze the leftovers in between waxed paper - i would guess a bit in the toaster or microwave would make for an easy hot breakfast in the future.
