I used 2% milk and chocolate chips as well. Very muffin like and not quite as dense as a scone but tasted good. The bottoms burned though...

I used Heart Smart Bisquick, 2% milk instead of whipping cream, 1 large banana, and mini chocolate chips. Excellent for a quick breakfast treat.
