i just made this for a cookout. Instead of using icecream i used cheescake....and let me tell you, it was gone in seconds. also added carmel and whip cream and cherries.

I made this for dessert and it was delicious! I made it on a cookie sheet with all four sides and cut it into bars. How can you go wrong with brownies, chocolate drizzle and fresh fruit?!

Teresea: You could always bake the brownies in two 8 or 9 inch rounds if your freezer is too narrow... This is also handy if you want ot try different topping or ice cream. I use foil pie plates: makes clea-up soooo much easier! But incredible recipe!!! Very tasty, and i use strawberry ice cream, and sub out the strawberries for maruschino cherries!
