box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® party rainbow chip cake mix
1
box (4-serving size) banana cream instant pudding and pie filling mix
1/2
cup vegetable oil
2
eggs
3/4
cup white vanilla baking chips

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F.
  • 2 In large bowl, stir together all ingredients.
  • 3 Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  • 4 Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown (centers will be soft). Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.

These are super easy and delicious. My girls (14 and 5) made these last night. I ate them until I was almost sick...I had to make myself quit...LOL. Next we will try another pudding flavor such as pistachio or maybe even cheesecake. Great recipe!

I am going to try these. I think I will use white chocolate pudding mix instead, though because I am not a big fan of the banana. Looking through the posts I can see that there are so many possibilities of variations for this recipe and I LOVE recipes like that!

I adore these cookies, but I don't like the way the rainbow cake mix makes them look. I use a white cake mix and add peanut butter chips. They're fabulous!!
