I just made these waffles this morning with a few changes. I used 1/2 cup chopped pecans and added a little vanilla to the mix. Next time, I think I will add 3 bananas and a little cinnamon, as well. Good recipe to work with. I like to cook a big breakfast on Sunday mornings and my husband and I thought they were delicious.

These were good, but I didn't notice the banana-nut taste. In fact, I made plain waffles at the same time (in case the banana-nut didn't turn out) and the difference was so slight that I don't think this recipe is worth saving.
