The same banana-nut flavor you love in pancakes bakes into golden delicious waffles.

I just made these waffles this morning with a few changes. I used 1/2 cup chopped pecans and added a little vanilla to the mix. Next time, I think I will add 3 bananas and a little cinnamon, as well. Good recipe to work with. I like to cook a big breakfast on Sunday mornings and my husband and I thought they were delicious.

These were good, but I didn't notice the banana-nut taste. In fact, I made plain waffles at the same time (in case the banana-nut didn't turn out) and the difference was so slight that I don't think this recipe is worth saving.

I made these pancakes for breakfast Saturday. I changed the recipe so I could make pancakes. I omitted the oil. With no sugar added I was able to serve it to a diabetic (3 cakes). Good flavor because of the ripe bannas & ground pecans. Everyone loved them so much we had them again on Sunday!

These were great! I whirred the bananas, milk, and nuts in the mini food processor for a minute. That made everything smooth. Really easy recipe! Thanks!

Nice, light banana flavor. I think that putting the milk and bananas in a blender is less of a suggestion and more of a necessity. I mashed mine with a fork and it wasn''t "mashed" enough. I usually cook my waffles on "high" temp and had to lower the temp because they were browning too quickly and the inside was raw.
