No need to wait for “just-right” bananas anymore. With muffin mix in your cupboard, you’re minutes away from the aroma of bread baking in your oven!

Bread recipe is missing from box with breast cancer plug. I Mash one med banana and toss in a handful of chopped walnuts. I think high altitude directions is you bake loaf at 400 degrees for about 40 minutes. At least that was what I remember from the last time I made it. Hope this is right. Bread is great and easy to make but you only get 3 spoon rating becuse bread recipe and time and temp are missing from the box.

went to make this boxed recipe and found no instructions for the bread style. Why would you call it Banana Nut Premium Muffins and Quick Bread, and then not give the bread recipe?

I love this for my husband's breakfast. But, why is the recipe not on your new box of the mix??? Please put the recipe back on the box. I bake it even when we travel, and I need the recipe. Thank you.

I added one ripe banana and about 1/4 cup additional chopped walnuts to the recipe, as others had suggested. This is a keeper, and could NOT be easier! Thanks, Betty!

This mix makes a very good loaf of banana bread. I love lots of walnuts, so I always add an extra 1/4 cup to the mix. Very glad to find this recipe online. Although the box clearly states it is a "Premium Muffin & Quick Bread Mix", there are no instructions on the box for making a loaf of quick bread. Several muffin variations but nothing about time and oven temperature for bread?

This is a great recipe and my dad did "tweek" it with some added nuts..most times he adds leftover bananas to add just a bit more pizzaz..but the recipe simple is definitely a Keeper.
