Go bananas! Nothing beats the taste or aroma of baked banana bread. It's just like mom's but much, much easier.

I love this recipe.I followed it excatly with one exception. My husband is diabetic so I subsituted Splenda Blend in place of regular sugar. The bread comes out awesome everytime. I gave bread toa couple friends with diabetes and one who just don't like a lot of sugar and now I am making money doing something I love to do. Bake.

This is one of my favorite Bisquick recipes... I love it when my good bananas go bad... I reform them with this recipe! Quick, easy, and delicious! I use pecans and I like to put a couple of rows of pecan halves along the top before popping it into the oven.

What happened......I added some brown sugar as one person suggested and the buttermilk as another tried... My pan was over flowing in the oven and did not get done in the middle...what a mess!!!!

After reading the reviews made the following adjustments to the recipe. I used two large bananas, 1 cup of sugar, and ¼ cup of buttermilk baked in muffin tin for 30 minutes. The results were great. They were very moist and flavorful. This is a great way to use Bisquick.

This is the 1st time I made banana nut bread! It turned out really well. I had to cut the recipe in half or it wouldve made may too much. Also I added 1/3 cup of brown sugar because I read in the comments that someone said 2/3 sugar wasnt enought so i added 2/3 sugar and then some brown sugar. I also added fresh berries to the mix. It was super moist and everyone loved it. :-) It made one mini loaf and about 12 muffins. Took about thirty min to make but my oven is super fast. so yummy! will make again.

I agree with others.....needs a lil bit more sugar so I added 1 cup instead of the 2/3 c. and also topped with brown sugar before baking. Made 4 mini loafs. 35 minutes to bake. so delicious!
