EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

Blueberry muffins can be cut into cubes and used in place of the quick bread loaf. Replace one of the bananas with 1 cup fresh blueberries.

If your supermarket doesn't have these breakfast quick bread loaves, you can still make this recipe using cubes cut from banana bread or muffins made from scratch, from a mix or purchased in the bakery section.

I made this for a manager meeting I had. I used home made banana nut bread cut into chunks. It was a hit. Everyone loved it and it was easy to make. Banana bread added a diffrent texture to the pudding. Would make this again.

I liked the recipe as you fixed it ,but i made my own change to it. I changedthe vanilla pudding with cheese cake flavor pudding.I also tried white choclate pudding. Good but not as good as cheese cake. kee62003@yahoo.com
