Wow! This trully is an award winning pie! I wanted to make something special for my husband, indeed I did! First the crust...I have made many, but this crust was great, crisp & flaky I thought that after putting the filling in it, it was going to become soggy, but no, just perfect. The custard married with the flavors of the banana and coconut just blew my taste buds away! It takes alot to do that cause I do alot of cooking. So thank you Betty Crocker! It has been a pleasure to have made this recipe & have it permanently added to my personal recipe collection.
