EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

Garnish cupcakes with banana-shaped candies. Look for them in the candy aisle of the supermarket.

If you have only one pan and a recipe calls for more cupcakes than your pan will make, cover and refrigerate the rest of the batter while baking the first batch. Cool the pan about 15 minutes, then bake the rest of the batter, adding 1 to 2 minutes to the bake time.

This is one of my favorite Betty Crocker recipes! They secret to making them extra moist and delicious is to add in a box of jello banana pudding to the dry mix(the small 4 serving size box) and follow the rest of the recipe. I also prefer the, with he dark chocolate icing! They are gone from any party in minutes! :)

I thought these were okay. A bit on the dry side. However my Husband gobbled them up.

These cupcakes are DELICIOUS! ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I'm not usually a big banana fan but thought that with the chocolate chips the two would compliment each other very well and they do! I would highly recommend this to anyone and it has quickly become a favorite!
