doesn't take too long in preparation and cooking. Great taste of the final product. Don't let your over ripe bananas go to waste. Make this cake. I used whole wheat flour and oats (equal amounts) and brown sugar. A very healthy cake. Everybody loved it.

Great recipe. Easy and quick to make and uses ingredients I always have on hand. I took this to work, and everyone liked it. Easy to transport since there is no frosting to worry about!
