these were delicious muffins- especially for not including butter. they were moist. i think the banana added a good texture. the combination between the nutmeg, blueberries and bananas was divine. i added a little extra nutmeg. i highly recommend!

I told my husband I was making these and he just gave a look of that doesn't sound good at all... Well I made them, I added a dash of salt and a 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon. When he tried them he really liked them! I was shocked. I thought they were on the plain side. My rating is 2 but my husband gives it a 4.

delicious! I used vanilla soy milk instead of regular milk and they came out moist and fabulous - could definitely taste the banana. I also suggest using cinnamon - great addition!

I added 1/4 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon... They came out pretty good. We could taste the banana. I considered some vanilla, but I think it would overpower the banana.

They were very easy to make, but ok tasting. I also added the teaspoon of vanilla, but you couldn't taste the banana very well.

I just took these out of the oven and not only do they look great, these muffins are delicious. I used fresh blueberries instead of frozen and I was out of nutmeg so I used cinnamon. As another member suggested I added a teaspoon of vanilla.
