Banana-Apple Strudel

Ingredients

tablespoon margarine or butter

firm bananas, sliced

tablespoons brown sugar

tablespoons apple juice

Pillsbury™ Toaster Strudel® Frozen Apple Pastries

  • 1 Melt margarine in small skillet over medium heat. Add bananas; cook and stir 1 minute or until thoroughly heated. Add brown sugar and apple juice; cook about 4 minutes or until bubbly and thickened, stirring occasionally.
  • 2 Meanwhile, toast pastries as directed on package.
  • 3 Place hot pastries on individual plates. Top with banana mixture. Squeeze icing over top of each.
