Just finished making this glaze...and what can I say? I WANT TO PUT THIS GLAZE ON EVERYTHING!!!! It is sooooo delicious!! I used whole chicken legs with skin on and cooked them in a pan since the weather's not too nice out right now for grilling. I also don't like rosemary so I used my McCormick Italian herb grinder.
They're not even out of the pan and my husband and I can stop picking at them!!! This glaze would go well on any piece of chicken as well as pork. Next I'm trying it on skirt or flank steak. It has a sort of oriental flavor to it. It made my kitchen smell so good!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this glaze!!!!! MMM MMM MMM!!!!! I would give it more than 5 spoons if I could!!!!
