I was very disappointed with this recipe. Not a good dish for entertaining, as the zucchini is only edible when hot. I say edible because even with adding additional seasoning, it is very bland.

My family really enjoyed this dish. I did make my own changes, knowing what my family really likes... I added a few tablespoons of greated parm, and left out the salt and substiuted some mrs dash. I also used one large zucchini because that was all I had, for next time we will use smaller "baby" zucchini so the skins are not so think and tough. They didnt last long after they came out of the ovan.

Very bland. Not a good appetizer for grazers or for a party. Once zucchini gets cold, it is no longer crisp and tastes awful. Skip it.
