Feeding a crowd? Try an easy ground beef sandwich with just five ingredients.
pounds ground beef
envelopes (1.25 ounces each) Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix
cups Original Bisquick™ mix
cup cold water
cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 ounces)
Heat oven to 450º. Spray bottom and sides of jelly roll pan, 15 1/2x10 1/2x1 inch, with cooking spray. Cook beef and seasoning mix as directed on envelope of seasoning mix.
Stir Bisquick mix and water until soft dough forms; spread in pan. Spread beef mixture over dough.
Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes or until edges are golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Immediately sprinkle with cheese. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Stir two 15.25-ounce cans of drained whole kernel corn into the cooked beef mixture before spreading it in the pan.
Make a taco buffet--set out colorful bowls filled with shredded cheese, guacamole, chopped tomatoes, torn lettuce, sliced ripe olives, sour cream and salsa.
