This was my first time making, or eating, Scotch eggs. They were great and easy to make.
I eliminated the onion and used Progresso Garlic & Herb breadcrumbs. Next time, I will eliminate the added salt as the breadcrumbs were salty enough.
Also, I used large eggs which made the sausage layer thinner. Instead of baking for 35 minutes, they were done in 25 minutes.
