Don’t want to fry? Bake the eggs in a 350°F oven for 10 minutes. Make perfect hard-cooked eggs. Place eggs in saucepan; fill with cool water until water is 1 inch above eggs. Heat to boiling. Remove from heat. Cover saucepan; let stand 15 minutes. Drain; cool eggs before peeling. SERVE with 1 tbs miracle whip 1 tbs Honey dijon 1 tbs Dijon mix up and serve with scotch eggs

Very good. Made with hot sausage, baked 25 mins. at 400. We quartered them and served with equal chili sauce/mayo mix to dip in. A good 'Atkins' diet food.

This was my first time making, or eating, Scotch eggs. They were great and easy to make. I eliminated the onion and used Progresso Garlic & Herb breadcrumbs. Next time, I will eliminate the added salt as the breadcrumbs were salty enough. Also, I used large eggs which made the sausage layer thinner. Instead of baking for 35 minutes, they were done in 25 minutes.
