I am always looking for ways to cook up salmon that make taste buds water. This recipe will go into my collection. You either hate or love cilantro, and I happen to love it. Cilantro makes anything taste good to my experience. The butter is a definite plus (always pleases my husband). With 3 kids 7 and under, it's hard to find things to feed them that ask for more . . . this is one of them. I recommend it, easy, fast, tasty.

I am a cooking novice but I wanted to try something new. This recipe was perfect. There are only a few ingredients and short prep time and the meal was delicious. My preschool sons gobbled it down and asked for more!
