This meal is so easy to make yet delicious. The idea was to get a perfect comfort meal with less efforts. Serve it over rice or with tortilla. Even my husband who hates vinegar taste loves this dish.

You don't need oil for this dish. You can add more soy sauce and vinegar if you like. Do not overwhelme with the brown sugar, its purpose is for flavor only not the taste. Enjoy!
