Ingredients

1/2
cup butter or margarine
3
eggs beaten
3/4
cup sugar
salt
1
can 20 oz. crushed pineapple
1
can cream style corn
5
slices bread (cubed)

Directions

  • 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
  • 2 Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at time and beat well. Mixture will look curdled. Add dash of salt, crushed pineapple, and cream sytle corn stir well. Stir in bread cubes. Place in prepared baking dish.
  • 3 Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees or until bubbly and lightly browned.
