cups cake flour sifted

cup granulated sugar

teaspoons baking powder

teaspoon ground nutneg
3/4
teaspoon salt
1/2
cup butter milk
1
egg, lightly beaten
1 1/2
table spoons butter melted
  1. preheat oven 425F. Spray mini doughnut pan with nonstick cooking spay.
  2. In large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, nutmeg and salt. Add butter milk, egg, and stir until just combined. Fill each doughnut cup approximately 1/2 full.
  3. Bake 4-6 minutes or until the top of the doghnuts spring back up when toched. Let cool in pan for 4-5 minutes before removing. Finsh doghnuts with glaze or with sprinkles! Make 24 mini doghnuts
