cups cake flour sifted
1/2
cup granulated sugar
1 1/4
teaspoons baking powder
1/8
teaspoon ground nutneg
3/4
teaspoon salt
1/2
cup butter milk
1
egg, lightly beaten
1 1/2
table spoons butter melted

  • 1 preheat oven 425F. Spray mini doughnut pan with nonstick cooking spay.
  • 2 In large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, nutmeg and salt. Add butter milk, egg, and stir until just combined. Fill each doughnut cup approximately 1/2 full.
  • 3 Bake 4-6 minutes or until the top of the doghnuts spring back up when toched. Let cool in pan for 4-5 minutes before removing. Finsh doghnuts with glaze or with sprinkles! Make 24 mini doghnuts
