This recipe is a favorite at my house! It takes a bit of prep work but the results are totally worth the effort. Leftovers are just as good through the week. The only thing I do differently is I don't add the bacon to the mix for baking. I crisp it like the recipe suggests but hold back the bits as a crunchy topping to add some texture. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!
