Just four ingredients make a speedy version of the crispy Mexican classic, cinnamon sugar-sprinkled churros.

I used the low-fat version of refrigerated crescents to make them a little bit healthier. They were really easy and quick to make. The pizza cutter tip is a great one! This is a great dessert or snack to whip out for a quick after-dinner treat or if you have people and family over visiting.

I made these for a co-worker's birthday and they were very well received. They are very quick to make too. I made a quadruple recipe in about 50 minutes. Great with coffee or tea. Enjoy!

These were very yummy, but not a very good substitute for churros.
