These wings are wonderful! I made them for my dad and my older brother (who doesn't like much) and they both loved them. I tweaked the recipe so that the chicken keeps its flavor better: double the sauce, let it marinade for at least 4 hours (turning it every hour), and bake them in a dish with the sauce almost covering them. You won't get fully crispy wings, but the flavor is much stronger this way. Also, they weren't very spicy at all (and I don't like things very spicy), so next time I'll add more or stronger Tabasco sauce.
