head Cauliflower
salt and pepper

tablespoon Unsalted butter

cup Parmesan cheese

cup panko crumbs
  1. Heat oven to 425 - butter a 10/8 in baking dish
  2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add cauliflour florets and boil gently for about 3 minutes. Drain well and slice lengthwise so stems are about 1/4 in. thick.
  3. Arrange slices, overlapping, in prepared dish. Season with salt and pepper. Dot with thin slices of butter, sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs.
  4. Bake, uncovered, about 30 minutes until lightly browned.
