head Cauliflower
salt and pepper

tablespoon Unsalted butter
1/3
cup Parmesan cheese
1/2
cup panko crumbs

  • 1 Heat oven to 425 - butter a 10/8 in baking dish
  • 2 Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add cauliflour florets and boil gently for about 3 minutes. Drain well and slice lengthwise so stems are about 1/4 in. thick.
  • 3 Arrange slices, overlapping, in prepared dish. Season with salt and pepper. Dot with thin slices of butter, sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs.
  • 4 Bake, uncovered, about 30 minutes until lightly browned.
