Wake up your taste buds with this spicy, cheesy egg dish, hot out of the oven in 35 minutes.
tablespoon butter or margarine
tablespoons Buffalo wing sauce
cup shredded Mexican cheese blend (4 oz)
tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
stalks celery, cut into 3-inch pieces
Heat oven to 375°F. In 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish, melt butter in oven.
In medium bowl, beat eggs and Buffalo wing sauce until well blended. Stir in cheese blend. Pour egg mixture over melted butter in baking dish.
Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until set. Sprinkle frittata with blue cheese. Serve with celery pieces.
If you really like spicy foods, choose a hot variety of Buffalo wing sauce, and then drizzle with 2 or 3 additional tablespoons sauce after baking.
If desired, use an ovenproof skillet instead of the baking dish.
