Excellent way to use up my asparagus. I made this yesterday but replaced couscous with a boxed quinoa mix. I stirred the casserole before adding the breadcrumbs and it didn't look like it would be done in the addt'l 10 minutes the recipe called for. After the breadcrumbs were crunchy, I covered with aluminum foil and left in the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes. This was wonderful!
