Good-for-you apples and oat-filled granola bars create a homey dessert. The microwave makes it extra-easy.

These were delicious and oh so easy, I'm so impressed that I actually cooked something in the microwave, last time I tried to cook acorn squash in the microwave and it was disaster, so I was hesitant, but they turned out perfectly tender and yummy! The granola and thick vanilla yogurt made it top rate! I did half with peeling and half not(my husband can't stand apple peeling), and both held up very well.

These were excellent and incredibly easy! I only used half of the sugar and topped with granola cereal. They looked just as pretty as the picture and much better than a regular baked apple. After putting the granola on I scooped up the apple juice from the plate and drizzled it over them. I would recommend this to everyone for a quick and easy dessert or snack.

Very easy and delicious! I plan to make this instead of apple pie for Thanksgiving as it doesn''t take up oven space:)

This is so simple, a tasty way to use home grown apples. I top it with a scoop of ice cream and everybody is happy and healthy.

Good dessert, but not outstanding. I substituted dried cranberries for raisins - yummy!

This recipe is great because it''s so easy to make. It''s also tasty and has a really nice fall feel to it, and would be great with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Just be careful cutting the apples, because you may end up with very uneven portions otherwise.
