Toss it in and forget it when you bake delicious whole-grain oatmeal. Soymilk and maple syrup are the surprises.

This was good. I've made it twice now. My only problem is that it's kind of stiff in the days after I've made it.

It was easy to make is pretty tasty. It seems a little dry. I think I'm going to try to pair it with vanilla yogurt instead of more soy milk. I'm hoping it reheats well. I made it for breakfast this week.....

We loved this dish! This is a great time of the year for fresh apples and a nice hot bowl of oatmeal. Wonderful in the morning or late in the day. Not real sweet and very good for us. I usually soak raisins before baking with them but I did not have to do so for this recipe. They plumped up just fine. I used original soy milk and added a little bit more after it came out of the oven. We didn''t quite finish it the first time through so reheated it the next day with more soy milk. Turned out great the second day also.

this is a great breakfast treat. I did not have raisins so I substituted dried cranberries, it was fablous.

This was easy and delicious! Not too sweet and definitely not dry like some baked oatmeal recipes I''ve tried. I was so happy there wasn''t any oil, butter or eggs in this recipe. I ommitted the raisins, added more apple and used plain (not vanilla) soy milk. Next time I''ll try the vanilla soy milk and maybe some nuts on top!

Good alternative to more fattening typical apple crisp, but definitely not the same. More like oatmeal with apples. But still good.
